TORCAN PROTECTION PLAN:
ESSENTIAL SECURITY FOR YOUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Adequate protection minimizes consumer liability. It also provides financial security and peace of mind in the event of a problem. The Protection Plan program is not insurance, but a service designed to provide specific and simplified coverage for your rental equipment. Protection such as TPP helps manage and reduce risks and avoids considerable expenses for our customers in the event of equipment damage.
DAMAGE OR LOSS NOTIFICATION &
USE OF THE TORCAN PROTECTION PLAN PROGRAM
To report damage or loss to rented equipment and benefit from the Torcan Protect program, the customer must follow the following steps.
Within 24 hours of the incident:
- Notify Torcan of any damage or loss caused to the rented equipment.
- Immediately report to the police authorities.
- Provide Torcan with the police report number for the event.
Within 7 days of the incident:
- Provide Torcan with a copy of the official police report.
